Q: Account not accepting

I got a new iPod 5th Generation and when I've gone to get my apps it's asking for my bank details, when I enter them it comes up with "For assistance, contact iTunes Support at" then a web address.

 

When I've checked the address I've found nothing to help me.

 

I've put my bank details in 10+ times and nothing is working.

iPod touch, iOS 8.3
