Starting of problem...
the phone shows "searching..."
Checked the sim with other phone, no problem.
So reset all content and settings, then shows "can't connect to apple server at this time.."
Then click restore in itunes after connecting to PC.
Now It stuck, itunes say "Can't restore, unknown error (52).." or error (3014)
Any solution to this?
OR
What I have to do to get my phone back working fine.

Error code 52 not listed in the page "iOS update and restore errors"
After changing the firewall settings error 3014 disappeared.
Now only error 52 shows.

Any further progress on the solution of this problem/error?
I've got an iPad 3. I was running a standard update and the iPad got stuck in restore mode.
When turned on it displays the connect to ITunes screen with the USB cable came up.
I tunes recognizes that it has connected to a device that needs to follow the restore procedure and the serial number say N/A.
It takes about 10 minutes and reloads all of the firmware but then ends with:
“The iPad, “iPad” could not be restored. An unknownerror occurred (52)”
I’ve seen this error 52 listed online by others but no solution. Maybe we have a hardware failure that happened with the latest update by coincidence? I have tried to restore with Mac and a Windows computer and ran the restore several times with the same results.
It runs what seems fully to the end of all the steps and status bars, and stops with the above code at last minute.
Looking for similar failures and possible solutions. Since is out of warranty they said it could not be repaired. Maybe others have had their machines repaired if it is indeed a hardware issue. Up to the time of installing the update the machine worked without issue.

One day my iphone 5s have probleme with 3G i try to update in 9.3 and this update never install. Error 52.
I have try all possible solutions.
Restoration, i try on a imac 27, macboop pro, macbook 12, windows but the installation alltime failed ( error 52)
I go to Apple store for ex^plain my probleme but Apple say: you phone are not longer Waranty cause somebodyelse open the phone:: NO : nobody open the phone, one day the phone drop on the ground, the screan just declics butr work well after the crash.
Error 52 is an Apple software bug but refuse to change or try to solve the probleme ....

I have exactly same problem but with Ipad 4. Any news on unknown error (52)
I having same error on WinXP, Win8 and Mac OS, both - Recovery and DFU modes.
