Trying to insert 3D .dae collada file

Trying to insert 3D .dae collada file from photoshop CS6 into 3D widget and get the following message: The 3D file “Skull-test 1.dae” wasn’t added because its assets couldn’t be consolidated.

File texture format was exported using jpg, photoshop, and original format. All rendered same error message. Original file was created 3D scan studio and exported .obj file into photoshop.
