iPhoto photos does not show up in iWeb media
my iPhoto pictures do not show up in iWeb media

Are you using the new Photos or iPhoto?

I am using iPhoto.
Try the following;
1 - delete the com.apple.iApps.plist preference file from your User/Home/Library/Preferences folder.
2 - reboot.
3 - launch iPhoto and then iWeb.
4 - check the Media/Photos pane to see if the library now displayed.
