Q: 8.3 not completing properly

downloaded 8.3 on computer then when it restores comes up with could not complete. 8.3 is installed on phone but torch and camera flash not working.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3

Hi Richard,

If you are having an issue with an iOS update not completing, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -

If you are having a problem with your iPhone's camera flash and flashlight not functioning as expected, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -

Get help with the camera on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Start at the section titled Your flash isn't working.
