Thunderbolt display artifacts on certain scenario

Hello,

my Thunderbolt display gives strange artifacts when displaying certain content. I noticed this while I had white text on a black background.

The first picture is the content that I am able to reproduce the problem with (on both OSX and Windows), and the second is a camera picture that shows the artifact. You can clearly see on the left (on the blue background) starting above the row "50 rows in set", there is a problem with the image.

Is anyone with a Thunderbolt Display able to reproduce this?
