How do I export my contacts to a .vcf file so I can import them to Outlook on another computer?

I'm trying to get all of my contacts from my personal iPhone and into a new work Blackberry.

Unfortunately my companies IT dept aren't willing or able to help.

I figure if I can manage to export my contacts to a .vcf file using my personal Mac (need to do this as company IT dept doesn't allow any software that can do this including iTunes to be installed on company PC's) then I'll be able to import them to Outlook on my company PC.

iPhone 4S, iOS 8.3

Not sure where you are asking to export from. On your Mac you can do it from the Contacts app. Open Contacts, Edit menu Select All, File menu Export vCard.

If your contacts aren't on the Mac and you want them there: on the phone go to Settings > iCloud and turn Contacts on. That will sync them to iCloud.com. Then on the Mac, Apple menu > System Preferences > iCloud > Contacts on.

If your contacts are already on iCloud you can download vCard from there. Open https://www.icloud.com/#contacts then use the gear icon at lower left to select all and then use the same icon to export. You may have to click export a second time as it seems to always require that for me.
