Q: I had a window pop up saying virus detected by mobileappsaver.com asking me to press OK and I cannot get rid of it.

Surfing the net had a window pop onto the screen. First line: http://mobileappsaver.com, second line Warning! Virus detected on your Apple iPad. Press 'OK' to scan. And a blue OK underneath. Cannot get rid of it.
