Iphone 4s (8.3) no application battery usage
After updating to 8.3 it stopped showing, only the "battery usage will show after couple of minutes " but no usage....
Tried fresh restore no luck ....
iPhone 4S, iOS 8.3, No Jailbreak

Since you have recently updated your device, you need to wait a bit and try using a bunch of apps for the battery usage to appear. After you discharge your device and charge it, everything should be fine.
tried that , no luck ...
the thing is that it worked in 8.1.2 (before updating to 8.3) and then it just ididnt work in 8.3....
my battery is fine so i dont now if thats a bug or it needs a repair..
Try hitting the home button and the on/off button at the same time until the iPhone shuts off and then reboots (this take about 10 seconds of holding the buttons down) to re-set everything.
