How to record my screen?

So, I have an iPod 5 and I was wondering if there were any apps that could allow me to record my screen straight from my iPod, without jailbreaking it? I’ve tried apps like Shou (requires jailbreaking), iRec (just didn’t work), etc. but none of them really worked for me. Anything I can do to record my screen and possibly save my recordings to my camera roll? Thank you!
