Q: Ipad 2 keeps repeating letters when typed on the touchscreen. We've reset the iPad twice but it doesn't fix the problem.  Mainly happens to the letter "pppppppp". How can I fix this?

My son't iPad keeps repeating letters when he uses the touch screen keyboard which is proving very frustrating for him at school.  At the moment the worst letter is Pppppppp (yes - his iPad is peeing), but it also happens when using the calculator which is causing a whole bunch of stuffed up calculations.  We've seen some of the online chatter about this before (including the Apple suggestions to not hold the finger for too long).  It is honestly a quick tap of the finger resulting in multiple P's.  We've reset the iPad twice today to try and fix it, but each time we turn it back on the problem still exists.  I've cleaned the screen.  It's an IPad 2 version 8.1.3 model MC769X/A 16GB.
