I have a developer account and also had signed up for an iOS public beta program - so I loaded iOS 9 Beta 1, only to then downgrade to iOS 8.4.
In doing all of this, I have noticed that I can no longer see Recent Calls in my Phone App. Calls received, Calls made is simply blank.

It is extremely annoying. Sometimes I get a call from somebody I don't know or a missed call and I'd like to call back... but I can't

IM having the exact same problem
i had to downgrade from the iOS 9 beta too
it crashes my phone and wouldn't turn back on, so I went too 8.4 and bam, no more contact history ot missed calls.
very annoying
apple please fix
