Q: if i reset my iphone, and log back into my apple accout on another iphone, will my pictures be on the new device ?

i have an old iphone 5s, im trying to log out of, if i log onto my new i phone 5s.. will all my pictures be on the new phone ?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3

If you have iCloud Photos turned on with your original phone, then your last 1000 images will appear on the new phone (assuming you turn on iCloud Photos there as well): My Photo Stream FAQ - Apple Support

It is always advisable to backup your images to a computer as well.
