Blue screen loop, restore not working.

So yesterday I tried to charge my Iphone 5s (iOS 8.3) and it didn't start charging. Went about 10 minutes trying to fix it, but no luck, so i turned my phone off and back on. Since then I had a blue screen loop, apple logo for about 3 minutes, then blue screen crash, then trying to boot again. I tried giving it time (multiple hours), but the problem persisted.

Then I tried to restore my phone on itunes but every time I try, I get an error 4013, event when trying to reset to factory defaults. Tried all my usb ports, same result, tried a different computer with the latest itunes, still not worked. I'll get another cable today and try with that.

If any of you have any advice that would be appreciated, as can't do anything with my phone right now.

Greetings Dave,

If you are getting an error 4013 when attempting to restore your iPhone, you should follow the directions in this article -

iOS: Restore errors 4005, 4013, and 4014 - Apple Support

It sounds as if you have already done many of the steps, but attempting with another USB cable, as you plan, is important. Should all steps have the same result, the last step is -

If you continue to see error 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your device, contact Apple for support.
