Jun 27, 2015 7:48 PM in response to Muriel55by babowa,In the print dialog window, how large is your email showing in the window? Most printers allow you to enlarge what you are printing, so you could try a higher percentage. Here is the dialog page from my Canon printer:
As you can see, my image is a bit small, so I would probably increase the scale.
Now, if you are saving your emails in order to print - which app are you using? You could increase the font size there as well.

Jun 27, 2015 8:07 PM in response to babowaby Muriel55,thanks for your response, I've tried all your suggestions but still no luck - when I increase the scale the email prints over several pages and whilst the size is larger it is illegible????

Jun 27, 2015 8:22 PM in response to Muriel55by babowa,I just tried it and yes, when you print directly from Mail, it turns out a bit small. If increasing the scale does not work, how about you choose to export the email to PDF? It turns into a regular letter size document which you can then print. That should make it easier to read.

Aug 19, 2015 9:57 AM in response to Carolyn Samitby Jim_Kel,Thanks for suggestion - but it had no effect for me. (Using older HP on Bonjour).
As a workaround, I used Print dialog to use a smaller size of paper (6x8 worked for me on this occasion), and then opened PDF in Preview. After getting the Preview, I requested Print from that application, using 8-1/2x11 (US Letter), and the font is now a readable size; and the paragraphs still flow properly.
Unfortunately, the scaling parameter makes lines print on multiple pages side by side, so one would have to cut and paste many sheets of paper to read the note!!!
