How do you approve ask to buy when parent doesnt have an apple device?
How does one do this?

I have no Mac either. I hate apple products but my 12 year old step daughter insisted on an iPhone. After taking 2 hours setting it up she now can't install certain apps without asking permission and I can't give it as I have no iPhone or Mac.
You need an iOS device or a Mac to approve "Ask to Buy" purchases:
