Mac Book 12" 2015 is creaking

On the first evening after the purchase notice that when the opening / closing cover MacBook emit unpleasant creaking. The creaking increased in 2 weeks.

I put my MacBook in Apple service (change rejected because I bought a MacBook reseller in Russia (Russian keyboard) and not in the Appstore). They said you need to change the display !!! A week later, MacBook returned. The first day everything was ok. But on the second day, I again heard the creak. And now, after a week my MacBook creaks stronger than before service.

Someone has such prolema? I do not know what to do next

The service center that looked into the machine should have its own warranty. Discuss the matter with them.

If they don't I would report to Apple directly your issues with that service center.

Mind you, some creaks are normal. If you are having other hardware related issues, AppleCare may help you better.

If there appear to be other hardware problems, try to get them on the repair warranty. If they won't touch it, and you have a case number, call 1-800-APLCARE and tell them what happened.

I got mine, Retina MacBook 12-inch. Having the creaking sound from opening and closing the lid. I heard certain creaking sound is normal, may I know why you would say so? Because I own MacBook Pro and MacBook Air, both didn't make any sound. Thank you.

Hi, I just got my replacement unit of the 12-inch Space Grey MacBook Retina. It didn't have the loosen part inside clanking left and right while tilting the machine and the creaking sound is gone while opening the lid, but there's still a little creaking noise from closing it. Overall still acceptable for the moment. Now I clearly can tell you why there's the sound. That's from the flexi cables, which use to connect the display to the logic board. Wanna see the cables? Easy, just flip to the back of your MacBook and look at the gap near the hinge (Use a torch light if you can't see the cables). There'll be 4 pieces of flat black flexi cables. Those are the culprit. When the cables flex, it will has kinda creaking noise. I read from the forum, someone's creaking noise gone after using it for awhile longer. Te cables are still new I guess, so it is harder when flexing it. When my MacBook heat up a bit, the creaking noise will gone for awhile and back while cooled down. I guess it'll be fine after some usages. Will update you guys again since this is the 3rd day with this replacement unit.
