Jun 27, 2015 8:50 AM in response to RNby greg sahli,First you should clarify for us -
Are you using Letter-size paper or A4?
Do you have the correct size selected in the print dialog?
("tried to adjust them" doesn't make it clear)

Jun 27, 2015 10:12 AM in response to greg sahliby RN,I'm using A4 and the correct size is selected in the print dialog ("Def. Paper Size"). I've also selected A4 in "Tray Size 1" (and I've tried "Any size" too). No changes.
("tried to adjust them" = settings reset and readjusted - sorry for my english)

Jun 28, 2015 5:22 AM in response to RNby greg sahli,OK, Thanks for trying. Sounds like a driver problem to me. (but it could be hardware - paper sensor, etc)
Since the printing part of that model uses the PCL6 (HP standard page description language), you can experiment with other HP laserjet drivers or even generic PCL to see if they will work.
If you have any other computer, you should try it to see if you get similar error messages.
And you should ask for help at HP's forums.

Jun 28, 2015 6:44 AM in response to greg sahliby RN,Thank you very much for your advice.
But if I use the printer as a copier (without connection to the computer), the problem remains.
Perhaps a firmware problem... (Or paper sensor)
And no possible help at HP's forums for the moment..
