Why won't my Mavericks 10.10 recognize my Canon Mark III?
My CAnon MArk III isn't recognized when attached to Mac. Why?
iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
What OS version are you using? Mavericks is 10.9.
If you haven't done so already, try resetting the printing system.
