Emails (apple ids) confusion

i dont understand the theory with Apple ID

i tried to login with ******.com it says wrong password, i tried to reset the password it sends the password reset email to ********.comi did the resent there, tried to login again with *******.com with the new password same story, when i login to ********.com doesnt exist in there

i cant login to info@almajlis

i cant add it to ******.com it says in use

what exactly is happening?
