changing the organizer

how can I switch the organizer role with the parent role? I have 2 kids set up and get stuck in a loop of not being allowed to delete the organizer...

I can't delete myself because there are under 13s in the family. I can't make a second organizer. And I can't delete everyone and start again.

I'm stuck!
