mold or bacteria inside lens photo iphone 5s

Question

Hi, inside lens of my iphone 5s there are white patches that increase in number over time.

I think they are mold or bacteria.

It never fell in the water but only i use it frequently in a armband to running so it is wet.

This is the photo of my lens

what do you think about this ?

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store to have it evaluated.

i can't because there isn't an apple store in my city.

i called apple support but they didn't know this problem and they didn't say to me what a can do
