Wifi Disabled

i sync 2 days back my iphone with itunes,after its completetion wifi button got disabled/not responding, And now i can't connect iphone 4s with my WiFi.also note i have just now updated/repair my itunes software through apple site,still not working. itune also not opening while iphone connects.
