wifi grayed out how do i reset I already did the reset settings
The wifi "slide" is greyed out and wifi is unavailable. I went into settings to reset but that did not help. is there another solution I can try? thanks

If I understand correctly you have a grayed out Wi-Fi slider in your Settings app. I would make sure you have done all the steps in the following article. It even has a link to contact Apple if it comes down to that:
