I have purchased a new IPhone and the provider is Rogers. I am trying to setup my phone and it have taking me to the section on the term and conditions which I do not agree to the iCloud term. What am I suppose to do to by pass this section in order to have my phone active for use. Thank you.

Don't activate the phone or agree to the conditions stipulated. That is all you can do.
If you cannot accept the Terms and Conditions you might want to return your iPhone for refund - you cannot set it up without accepting them.
You don't bypass it.
You must agree to the terms in order to use the device.

Thanks all your feedback is greatly appreciated. I just don't want my privacy intervened. My ex pattner downloaded similar app called G Cloud and he had access to my messages, call logs, contacts, personal stuffs that he wasn't supposed to access to and that really have shaking me a lot that someone could be this evil to another human being. I believe everyone has their right to privacy and if your privacy is intervene like that, It is serious.
No one can access your info, unless they know your id and password.
You may be over reacting.
I agree with roaminggnome that iCloud is a very secure system...as long as the user keeps the ID and password safe. Those cases where photos were accessed a few months ago were all due to the users sharing their passwords with other people. Create strong passwords (twelve characters with a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters, the shift-number keys), and don't share with anyone.

Ralph, very good point. At this time I am done with anything associated with clouds. I just don't want my information put out there. Prevention is better than cure. I am still healing from this when I found out that he has done this to me he still refusing to give me the ID and password but thank God I have been able to remove the app from my phone.
