Adding music from my iMac iTunes music library to my iPhone 5

I am unable to add some music from my iMac iTunes Music Library to my iPhone 5. Why not? Is DRM, or some such issue, involved? I do NOT have the exclamation point to the left of any of the songs.

Yes, they play in iTunes.

The specific album is Bobby Darin: The Hit Singles Collection.
