Blue screen on Iphone 5s

My iphone keeps turning off despite having 90% plus battery, it will turn on for a short amount of time and then turn off again and wont turn on for hours. It will sync to my computer while the phone is off but i cant unlock my phone so i cant really do anything with it. Once the phone is on the display has lines over it which look like they're moving across the page and then will blue screen before it dies. Is there anything i can do to fix this seeing as i haven't even had this phone for over a year :/

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.2

Hello FallOutMia,

It sounds like your screen has lines all over it and you cannot use it consistently. I would use this section of the following article to help you with that:

Get help with the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you see lines, missing sections, discoloration, or poor image quality

  1. Try to restart your device. If you can't restart, reset your device.
  2. If restarting or resetting doesn’t fix the issue, restore your device.
  3. If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.
