Can't download purchases

Hello, I've been having a bit of trouble downloading my purchases from iTunes lately. I use my phone (5S, iOS 8.3) to do most of my iTunes shopping, and I just transfer it to my computer at a later date as I'm usually away from it. Anyway, my issue is that I will purchase a song from the iTunes Store and it'll begin to download only for it to completely stop halfway through, like it'll refuse, for lack of a better word, to continue the downloading process. Another issue I've had lately is that it just won't download at all. I'll buy a song, and it'll just go straight to my cloud. I will manually begin the download, and it'll prepare to download only to just stop and remain in the cloud. My account is in good standing, so I don't see what the problem could be. Is this an iOS bug? Are these corrupted files? Please and thank you for any advice you can offer.

Hey Brody888,

It may help to force close all open apps and reset your iPhone.

Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset

If your iTunes and App Store downloads still fail to download completely, the next step would be to reinstall iOS on your device by placing it in Recovery Mode, then choosing Update in iTunes.

Make sure that you have iTunes 12 or later on your computer.

Put your device in recovery mode.

When you get the option to restore or update, select Update. This will reinstall iOS without erasing your data.
