Jun 27, 2015 4:33 PM in response to Jim Andersenby Rysz,To import all your images, you should be using whatever photo app you normally use on that computer. The app will recognize your iPhone as a digital camera and allow you to import everything, without you even knowing where and how the images are stored on the phone. iTunes has nothing to do with photo import.

Jun 27, 2015 6:02 PM in response to Ryszby Jim Andersen,Thanks for the quick response, Rysz, but the "normally used" app is what I refer to when saying "my computer can find only 6 out of 367 pictures. Standard Windows Vista programs designed to import photos from a "camera" see only those six and no more. I am specifically told only "6 photos found."
Also, while iTunes might not be used to execute an import of such, shouldn't clicking "Photos" in the phone menu of iTunes at least let me see what photos are on the phone? I can see my books, music, podcasts and other items, but I cannot see the photos.

Jun 27, 2015 8:11 PM in response to Ryszby Jim Andersen,Thanks, Rysz. That may help in a pinch, but I would really prefer using the standard "Move" command. If I could just see the contents of the folder in question, I'd be all set. Anything else I might try?

Jun 27, 2015 9:06 PM in response to Jim Andersenby Rysz,See if a Reset makes any difference: hold down the Wake/Sleep and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears.
There are utilities that can access the iPhone's files directly. I'm not familiar enough with them to make a recommendation, but you should be able to search for them on this forum.
