What does it look like?

Do you own a printer that has an SD Card slot? Some printers that allow you to plug your camera SD Cards into the printer also provide a CIFS/SMB file server so that you can share the SD Cards on your home network.

If you have a home network with a home router, you should NOT see any computers on your network except the ones in your home. This is why I strongly suspect it might be a printer trying to share its SD Card reader.

Admin-PC is a name that is often given to Windows computers that have not been configured. If it is on your local area network and offers any kind of services (file sharing, screen sharing, remote access, etc...), then it will show up as a service. When the Windows system goes away, or it is configured with a different name, etc... then it will not appear in the Finder side-bar.

Did you have a guest with a Windows system visiting (or a child with friends over). Do you have a unsecured WiFi network?

The things that show up in your Finder Side-bar are things on your local area network that are advertising that they have services available. OS X sees the advertisement, and post it in your Finder Side-bar.

In some cases a service may be offered by a printer, especially one that has various Memory Card slots, but it can also be router that can be a file server or a print server via its USB port, or a smart phone that has been put into special mode for transferring data (there are any number of apps that will become a server so you can connect to them via your computer web browser and send files and documents).

Sometimes your router can tell you what devices are currently attached to your local area network.

There are utilities such as WakeOnLan that can sniff the local area network and display the IP address of all responding devices. If the device is sharing its name, then WakeOnLan will display that as well.

There is Bonjour Browser (or similar) utility that will show you all the Bonjour advertisements on your Local Aread Network

Some devices may remain persistent if there is a Bonjour Sleep Proxy server on your network, such as an Airport Extreme, Airport Express, TimeCapsule, Apple TV, or some other 3rd party routers that offers Bonjour Sleep Proxy services.

The only way to make Finder side-bar items really go away, it so remove them from your local area network, turn off their networking, turn off them offering services, or power them off.
