I can't find my app store anywhere i have macbook with an IOS 10.8.5

Question

I need help to find my app store or re-download it. I have tried a couple of things like downloading some stuff off the apple.com

MacBook, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

Use Spotlight to search your drive for Mac App Store. Spotlight is the magnifying glass icon in the menu bar,at right.
