Iphone 3gs crashes using Images APP

Hi,

I have an Iphone 3gs and I can't use properly the gallery APP. It crashes when I browse picture.

So I can't delete nor watch them on my iphone.

Plus, I can't back up because my Itunes is a 11.4 version and my last back up is dated in May, 28th. It says that "Itunes cannot back up my iphone because it can't back up it on my computer" I try to translate it in english.

I create more free space on the iphone but I solve nothing.

I already restart the device and my imac. I have followed the instruction here (sorry it is in italian) https://support.apple.com/it-it/HT203271

ios 6.1.6

Finder version 10.6.8

Itunes version 11.4

iphoto version 7.1.5

Are there any suggestions?

Hello brambillina,

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you are not able to make a backup of the iPhone to iTunes. The second thing is an app is crashing. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.
