Q: I cannot get Mac mail to send from ipad 2 or ipad mini.

Have been using macmail through optusnet successfully for YEARS.

All of a sudden, Ipad 2 and Ipad mini cannot send mail

Have contacted Optus net for assistance...no real help or suitable answer.

Was on to someone from APPLE US chat, was helpful, but still unable to send emails.

Have verified my OPTUS password and reset it just in case. No luck.

Any suggestions.

I am not a techie, just a mum!
