Refund request after downgrade of icloud storage

I accidentally purchased extra iCloud storage last year and apparently it came up for renewal today. They charged my apple account $10.99. I have never used the extra storage, so I downgraded back to the free 5 gb. However, I cannot find an email address where I can request a refund. The only information I could locate was a phone number 1-800-MYIPHONE and I no longer have my iPhone. I still have my MacBook Air and my iPad. Where do I find an email address to request a refund before the 15 day refund period expires?

Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click 'See all products and services', then ' 'iTunes', and then 'iTunes Store', then 'Purchases, Billing & Redemption'.
