Q: Samsung NX2000 .srw raw

I have a Samsung NX2000 and after importing raw (.srw) pictures it shows a thumbnail of the picture; however when trying to edit them it shows a big exclamation point instead of the photo. Is this because raw isn't supported in Apple Photos?

MacBook (13-inch), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

I don't see your camera on the list. Try to develop the RAW files with the software provided by Samsung. Then import the developed files to Photos. Or shoot JPEG for the time being.

Many users have the same problems, few minutes ago I wrote a feedback to Apple, if more users sent a feedbak Apple work in this... is a big problem because is a common camera that is still in the store, in many place in the world.
