Jun 28, 2015 7:12 AM in response to ChrisJ4203by sharon fulto,I was located in Canada when the Apple ID was set up, but I changed and selected my country as US. My mailing address still shows a Canadian province drop down box. Any suggestions? This is as hard as immigration (just joking)!

Jun 28, 2015 7:16 AM in response to sharon fultoby ChrisJ4203,I'm assuming you are trying to update the Apple ID. Are you still physically located in Canada? If so, you will have difficulty changing to the US store.

Jun 28, 2015 12:30 PM in response to sharon fultoby ChrisJ4203,You need to log out of your iTunes Store account, from whatever device you are on. Because you are logged into the Canadian Store, it is blocking your updating your Apple ID account.
