Fan not slowing down and still hot

Question

My Macbook Pro fan is running top speed all the time and the Mac still stays at 200 degrees. Anyone know what going wrong or if i can fix it.

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

It would be helpful if you indicated the EXACT model/year MBP that you have.

Try SMC and NVRAM resets:

If no success, run an Apple Hardware Test:

Note that an error free AHT is not definitive.
