how to properly shutdown xServe with megaRaid

Hi Everyone,

Please I have a question and I will appreciate if anyone can help me ,advice or point me to link or Idea on how to accomplish this Task.... I have 3 Apple Xserve with Megaraid level 5 configured and are running ok.We just decide due to relocation to a new office to move the server to the new Location and the scary part is that I have read on this forum about shutdowning the Xserve with Raid card that never properly rebooted after a shut down ....

Does anyone know the best way to shutdown the Xserve with Megaraid configuration without disrupting the Raid Configuration and have the server continue to run or function as normal after a shutdown.
