I have created several shared photo albums in iCloud though photos. Originally the first album worked fine. Now I am unable to upload photos to the album or add photos to newly created albums. When I try to add a photo I get an error that says "error adding photo to "_____" album". I don't get any other information. Can anyone shed some light on this error?

Is it possible that you have exceeded one of the limits for shared albums? Too many photos in the album or too many recent uploads?

It is possible I have exceeded a limit. I did try suspending all uploads which did not seem to solve the issue. I am now trying to add photos from iCloud on the web versus through the Mac itself.

The uploads are supposed to be resumed automatically after some time, if you exceeded a daily or hourly upload limit.
