You do not want to create a new iCloud/Apple ID. All of your purchases are tied to your current one, all of your iCloud sync'd data is tied to the iCloud account (Contacts, Notes, Calendar, Reminders, etc.)


If your Apple/iCloud ID is disabled:


Apple ID Disabled
