iOS 8.3 Issues on iPad 2 still around?

Hi!

I want to know weather the infamous issues with WiFi, performance and random deletion of photos are still around on the iPad 2 version of iOS 8.3.

Some of the newer apps I really want to use require iOS 8 nowadays, and I'm still back on 7. But I am not willing to sacrifice the usability of my device for them, so please - do tell me if these are fixed now.
I noticed that most threads have no replies since last winter, so that's a good sign.
I'm hopeful!
