how can i contact apple for complaints ?

Hi there, sorry for my english!

My 27" imac got some problems with the display, looks like if it was broken (inside), i took it to the technical support and they told me that it was a problem with the display and that it was not my fault. the cost to fix it is almost the equivalent to 800 USD that i think is ridiculous to pay for something that was not my mistake.

Have anyone had a similar problem ? did apple answer your inquieres ? or is anything you know i can do ? or at least somewhere i can write to tell them my problem and how ****** i am.

i really need the imac for my work, but i dont have 800 usd to repair it.

If you are complaining about an item, your best bet would be apple feedback and to actually contact them you can call them. Just go to apple.com and down on the bottom right corner press contact and you can contact one of their headquarters. Hope this helped!
