Is it possible to lower the video resolution on iphone 5. For a 10m video, it takes 1.5G...too much space for a short video.

Do you mean a video made on the phone, or one downloaded to it?
Recording a video on the iphone5s is 1080p. Can I record at a lower resolution such as standard definition so that I'll get more video?
Sorry, I don't know of any way to do that. You'll have to transfer the large videos to your computer to rescale them. Or see if there's a video recording app in the app store that has that capability.
