I can't add or delete pages for my iPad mini

HI I tried at least 3 months ago to install pages for an iPad mini 32gb version.

However, it is neither complete in its installation and it can not be deleted either.

What can I do to get rid of it?

iPad mini (Retina) Wi-Fi, Cellular, iOS 7.1.2
