GOING INTO PAUSE

Nano keeps going into pause when using earphone jack. Bought at BestBuy, without their warranty, BAD MOVE. Was told, by BestBuy, Apple would replace since unit was less than a year old. Apple says no warranty and tried to send me back to BestBuy. Then I google it and find that this is not an uncommon problem. Shame on Apple for not fixing this. Shame on BestBuy for continuing to sell them. In this life you have to live and learn. I am a little poorer, but much wiser.
