I have a problem. Mac mini was on when electricity fall. From that moment, Mac OS don`t start. I format my HDD and reinstall but it don`t help. After install OS, Mac mini ask me reinstall OS. I thought that HDD fall. I bought new SSD, but it don`t help. Please, help me.

What do you mean by fail? Error message?

How are you installing OSX and what version are you ring to install?
1. After install Mac OS 10.9.5, my mac mini restart. And this

- Did you get the mouse to work?
- After you select install Mavericks does it actually install? It can take an hour or more to download Mavericks and then maybe an hour or so to do the actual installation.
- Can you run Apple hardware test?
1. Mouse is okey.
2. Yes. First download Mavericks. Second installation Mavericks.
3. Apple hardware test did`t find error.
If you boot with the Option key depressed what options are available on the screen?

Since you said you have another Mac. On the other Mac download the Mavericks installer if it is listed in the Purchases section Mac App Store. Otherwise download the Yosemite installer.
Make a bootable USB install media using
Boot from the media and format and repair the HD. Note any errors.
Try installing the the OS and see what happens
