usb sound card with surround sound for MBA 2013

i was looking forward for better quality audio from my MBA 2013. now that i have some USB 3 ports to spare thanks to my 2 new transcend usb 3 hubs, I would like to get surround sound out of my MBA especially now that i use air-server to airplay audio from my room's apple tv to the 4.1 channel speakers connected to my MBA. currently i get only two channels cause the headphone out takes in a single connection which splits to my speaker's front and rare channels via simple aux splitter.

i was wondering which would be a good (neihter too expensive and not cheap chinese unbranded stuff) usb sound adapter for my machine to get good quality surround sound audio. even better if it can take in a microphone input ( suggest me one while at it for simple audio and video calling needs, nothing more).
