I have followed every step on http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1538 cause my disabled ipad is undetected on windows 8 itunes and the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is not listed so the error code is not USB\VID_0000&PID_0000 but USB\DEVICE_DESCRIPTOR_FAILURE need help on how to solve this.(tried everything in http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1538 )
