Has anyone else received an error message from Isoclean call a 1-800 number and they want to charge $80 to clean up my device. sounds like a scam?

TThe phone number is 1-855-509-5719. How do I by pass the error. my Safari app is locked.
Safari on my iPad has been blocked for three days. The note reads "due to a third-party application in your phone, iOS is crashed. Contact support for immediate fix at 1 – 855 – 509 – 5719 toll free". In the past experts have alerted me that when improper English has been used it is usually a scam. In this case it says "iOS is crashed" it should read "IOS has crashed". Regardless something needs to be done immediately because I assume this is affecting many, many iPad users of which I been one since the beginning. I just hope somebody in Apple support is being made aware of this

I agree someone at Apple should be doing something. My work around was to " clear history and website data" from the safari settings. That seemed to work for me.
How would you like Apple to stop you from visiting unsafe sites?,

I got this stupid error message too. I had to go into apple support on my computer and emailed them, they sent an email and a link to check my device. called a quick test, it got fixed... scary... thank God I could access my email on my Ipad.
How did you fix it? This just happened to me what was the link or help that apple sent you??
