I have several budget files in numbers program but only a handful show on other Apple devices.....

What is the method to get numbers to share files between MacPro, Macbook Pro, iPad and I phone ? Using iCloud only shows three of seven budgets. All set up the same...

I tend to think of "sharing" as different from "syncing." With sharing I click the share icon in the toolbar and share the link via iCloud or email, etc. With syncing, I set up all my devices on the same iCloud account and make sure iCloud is activated properly on each and that Numbers is one of the applications selected to sync via iCold. Then I save documents in iCloud (instead of my local drive) so that they can be accessed on any of the devices. This does not involve the sharing icon. It "just happens." Is that what you mean?
